Shipping Method…
Jardinerie ships through Australia Post (standard post).

Courier for Large Orders…
On some of the larger and/or heavier items (that Australia Post won’t accept) a courier may be used and can be quoted on for you at the lowest possible price.

In Store Collection…
You can also arrange for collection instore if you prefer. At checkout simply click on “pick up” and the freight will be removed from your order – easy.

Delivery Period…
For items in stock, please allow us 2-3 days to prepare your order and arrange shipping, and from this point depending on where you are located you will receive in approx 3-7 days.

Returns…
For your piece of mind, yes we accept returns provided goods are returned within 7 days from purchase date, with a little note of explanation.

Faulty Items…
Any products deemed faulty or damaged, please email us a picture for review and a refund can be happily arranged.

Hand Made Pieces…
Please note that as we carry some hand made pieces, variations should be expected and seen and a unique feature to your very special purchase.

Freight, credit card fees and sale items cannot be refunded sorry.

Privacy…
Rest assured your information supplied on this site is safe and will not be shared or sold with any other party – we value your privacy as much as you do.

Stock on Hand…
As these levels change daily, we will contact you immediately of any purchases (or queries) that cannot be shipped immediately. Most items will be shipped from our Mornington store, however some pieces that we don’t have stock of may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

As stock is kept fresh and ever-changing not all pieces are on display instore and will be ordered in for you.

Every effort will be made from our end to ship efficiently and in the most cost effective way… and we trust you will love your goodies as much as we do.
